In 2005, a cooperation agreement between BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions and TEB Leasing was signed. The acquisition of Fortis Leasing by BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions was realized in 2009. In July 2011, Fortis Leasing and TEB Leasing merged under the name of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions Turkey.
